GFA has always strived to bring in some of the brightest coaching minds who have worked in football at the highest level to help enhance in particular, the quality of the grassroot coaches in the country. With the support of the Indian Football Association (WB), various programs aimed at capacity building of local coaches through interecations with elite European instructors have been organized.
